Common Questions
What appliances can I register?
You can register washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, cookers, fridges, and freezers. The Premium plan also includes your boiler. Appliances must be under 10 years old and in working order.
How do I request a repair?
Simply call us on 0330 822 7695, book online, or use our app. Our engineers will attend your property and carry out the repair.
Is this an insurance product?
No. This is a service agreement for repair services. We repair your appliances directly through our qualified engineers. We do not provide financial compensation or insurance.
Can I cancel anytime?
After the 12-month minimum term, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees after the minimum term.
What's not included?
We don't repair pre-existing faults, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or appliances used for business purposes. We repair mechanical and electrical faults only.
