How do I book a repair?â–¼

You can book a repair by calling us on 0330 822 7695, using our online Get Your Price tool, or filling out the booking form on our website. We'll confirm your appointment within 2 hours.

Are your prices really fixed?â–¼

Yes! Our fixed prices include the callout, diagnosis, labour, and standard parts. If specialist parts are needed, we'll let you know the additional cost before proceeding.

What if the repair costs more than quoted?â–¼

Our quoted price is the price you pay. We won't add hidden fees. If we find a more complex issue, we'll discuss options with you before any additional work.

Do I pay upfront or after the repair?â–¼

Payment is taken after the repair is complete. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

What if you can't fix my appliance?â–¼

If we can't repair your appliance, you'll only be charged a diagnostic fee. We'll never charge you for work we haven't completed.

Yes! We offer same-day and next-day appointments subject to availability in your area. Call us for urgent repairs.

What are your working hours?â–¼

We're available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Emergency boiler callouts may be available outside these hours.

How long does a typical repair take?â–¼

Most repairs are completed within 1-2 hours. More complex repairs may take longer, and our engineer will advise you on the day.

Do I need to be home during the repair?â–¼

Yes, an adult (18+) must be present at the property to provide access and sign off on the completed work.

Guarantee & Warranty

What guarantee do you offer?â–¼

All repairs come with a 6-month guarantee covering parts and labour. If the same fault reoccurs within this period, we'll fix it free of charge.

What's not covered by the guarantee?â–¼

The guarantee doesn't cover new faults, accidental damage, misuse, or faults caused by other issues not addressed in the original repair.

How do I make a guarantee claim?â–¼

Simply call us on 0330 822 7695 with your original repair reference number. We'll arrange a follow-up visit at no extra cost.

Engineers & Safety

Are your engineers qualified?â–¼

Yes, all our engineers are fully trained, DBS checked, and insured. Boiler engineers are Gas Safe registered.

How do I know the engineer is genuine?â–¼

Our engineers carry ID and you can verify their details by calling our office. They'll also confirm your booking reference on arrival.

Do you repair all makes and models?â–¼

We repair most major brands including Bosch, Samsung, LG, Hotpoint, Miele, Siemens, Neff, AEG, and many more.
